The heating system is made of high quality components.
This system works with a gas pressure of at least 50 m bar, if not available at your plant we install a gas pump on the oven to increase the required pressure.
The oven is equipped with 10 burner sections , 5 below the belt and 5 above the ovenbelt.
Each burner sections is equipped with 4 PT 100 elements. These 4 PT 100 elements are giving the average temperature to the PLC (Siemens S7), who shut the burners off the section individual on and off.
The total number of ribbonburners is 105
Each burner is also equipped with 4 pieces off radiation divisor tubes , who are installed between the flame off the burner and your product.
The required air to get the right gas/air mixture, is blown in between the oven wall and the outside, means a filter equipped ventilator. This has also the advantage that with this oven pressure between the walls the dust will be kept out from the burner inlets.
All burner elements are equipped with a Anstossl pilot type single probe quick start (3 to 4 sec.), solenoid gas valve, manual gas valve (for service), ignitc/detection probe. For extra protection, the whole heating system is shut off when: evaporation exhaust closed, no sufficient gas pressure, no sufficient exhaust through chimney, ventilators not working etc. Gas pressure control means pressure gauge on central control panel.
